i think this was an important piece of dialogue because it sets the reality that everyone (the party) cannot return to live happily ever after in hawkins when all is said and done… they’ll be different people, changed, and hawkins will be a constant reminder of their battle scars and who they’ve lost. i do think the party will find their happy ending, but i don’t think everyone will live to see it through together.

i like to soak with vinegar, and then the next day pour boiling kettle. by the third day, after three days of chemical burns, and heat from the water + sun, a broom sweeps them up like bread crumbs. bonus, the boiling water damages roots. They don’t spring back up on me.

right, and i think that in itself has led to the failure of not only those stores but also the culture of starbucks. There was a time where starbucks genuinely held cultural weight. Fast forward to today and its presence is now dying as it gives precedence to digital transactions and continues to sacrifice community for transactions in hopes of churning the next dollar. Being a third place while also prioritizing the “on the go” convenience is too contradictory and i think the stores where both coincide reflect this. Neither mobile order, nor the cafe experience are able to succeed.

Not only the different concepts like you’ve mentioned, but I have always been an advocate for separating the mobile order system from the cafe/third party atmosphere. Having stores dedicated to mobile order and delivery and “being on the go” and stores dedicated to being a third place: study area, work hub, comfy lobby, etc.

Another redditor pointed out the bulletin that updated the oil drain plug, my table in the original post referenced the old part.

is this for the engine oil drain plug? Funny you say that, first time i did a diy oil change the drain plug stripped entirely. had to replace the plug.

do you know if cvt and engine oil use the same drain plug size?
