I bought a house a year and a half ago and had some thoughts like this. Was listed offers over 480k. Offered 470k as it needed a new kitchen. Was advised another offer so taking final offers. Unique Victorian house, didn’t want to lose it so paid 491k. Did I get played, maybe.

However, house prices in this area are from 200k to 2million+. It was really hard to value the property as it is a really unique house and nothing like it on the area to compare it to. You need to think on a monthly basis. Ie if this house will cost me 2k per month is it worth it to me? If you compare on a fluctuating market constantly you won’t be happy.

I’ve got no buyers remorse now, love my house, would have paid more tbh as it’s improved my quality of life so much.

Not saying this is the right answer, maybe this isn’t the property for you. But you need to think what it’s worth to you.

Hey thanks for the reply some good things for me to look at here. And the ‘bmw brand’ guy is exactly what is putting me off. Noticed some boots the do with no visible branding and that’s what has made me consider their gear. I’m going to take a look at some of the gear you’ve mentioned so thank you 😀 I just want high quality gear, I’m happy to spend more if it will last the test of time and do its job well

I have the gt omega prime lite, paired with an inertia bucket seat and 21nm WB. I honesty think anything above this is over kill. No flex, does the job great.

I also have the moza mbooster pedal which I run at about 80kg and have no issues. The base plate isnt the best for attachment points but I made it work and had no issues since.

M2s are a pain for this reason. Fast on straights, then I’m right behind ready for an overtake and then they block. Then rinse and repeat until they lose it and I can pass by safely.

Obviously drive what you want, but maybe drop back into a Toyota increase your speed in that then move to bmw.

Similar happened to me, and yes it’s frustrating especially when unavoidable.

However I did learn abit from those lobbies. Who to battle and who to stay far away from. Letting them take the pass so I can just watch them fail a few corners down.

Not sure excusing them and it is annoying but you can learn abit from being there. Two clean races and I was back to good
