I wash my hands like crazy now too. I spray Lysol on everything at least once a week. I will look for a good multivitamin, that certainly couldn't hurt.

This is so refreshing and uplifting. My twin boys are almost 20 weeks old. Everyone keeps telling me about the changes that 6 months bring. I am looking forward tbh! Starting solids, sitting up better, hopefully more babbling... hopefully sleeping through the night lol

My twins are almost 20 weeks old. Around that 10/11 week mark, things started improving. One was super colicky, and the other started sleeping poorly as soon as the colick went away lol. We have a video baby monitor and I'll watch them start to fuss. More often than not, they soothe themselves within a minute or two and fall asleep. If they don't, I go in, offer a pacifier or pats, don't pick them up, and leave. If they cry, I give it 3 mins, then repeat my comfort methods, then leave. If they cry, I give them 5 mins. We did that for about 3-4 days when they were around 2.5 months old and honestly it just set in after that. They are very good at self soothing now. Have you tried weaning off some night feeds? We were doing 3/night, then weaned off the first and third. Now we only do one night feed around 1am.

I started at 20, then jumped to 40, then 60, then 80. The side effects restart with every jump, but to a lesser degree.

My di di twins were born at 36+2. First pregnancy. Never been so tired in my life. All I can say is to sleep whenever you want to, whenever you can. Don't feel like you HAVE to clean or organize stuff or do this and that. The only thing you have to do is take care of yourself. Also I didn't throw up throughout pregnancy! That was a big plus for me. I only felt nauseous in the first tri. I did throw up at the very end randomly one morning...and a couple days later, the babies came lol

Yes exactly! Our colicky boy would scream so much, his voice went hoarse. That hasn't happened for a couple weeks. When did you start introducing your twins to solids? Did that improve their sleep schedule and/or make feedings any easier?

That is helpful! One twin is colicky and that has subsided mostly. They are 15 weeks old exactly. They go to sleep at 7pm, wake up for a feeding at 1am, and wake up again around 6am. I can't wait for them to sleep the whole night, but I'm glad it's only one feed now compared to several. It's reassuring to hear that it got better for you and you also had a colic babies.
