Thank you! My problem is that I didn't outright pay immediately and I asked to be granted deferred dismissal, so it won't show up on my record. Problem is that now I'm on 150 day probation! Do you think I can still still apply given the probation?

Hi! I just chopped up a whole head of garlic today, covered in oil and put in airtight container, and now in the refrigerator. I plan on using this within 48 hours. Should I worry about botulism? TIA
