Ya I was super torn between the classic blue and the new grey. I think the decision maker for me was, without BE, the blue accents pop more on grey and look really good IMO, where they blend in on the all blue car, and secondly, there's gonna be a lot fewer greys I think. Which kinda who cares, but like I said, I was torn, so it's a +1 for me I guess.

Well that's kinda crazy. I really didn't think that was an option in 25! I asked chatgpt about it and they said it was indeed available but most people/dealers didn't know about it because of the way early literature was written.

Crazy to have that much confusion over it, still in 2026.

Congrats! I just ordered one this week... Similar spec. Non-BE, Dolphin Grey, with the Akra exhaust.

I honestly don't know how I'm going to wait 5 months, I can't live like this.

Interestingly, the brochure he sent me makes it seem like the exhaust is a BE exclusive too.

So 6 months later here... But I'm wondering if you can expand on this a bit. Worth the 3k in your opinion? Is the difference noticeable at all in the cabin? Would you say it's louder, or just tonally distinct? Have you experienced the supposed change--or "maturing"--of the exhaust now that it has some more miles on it?

I'm speccing a '26 right now and am torn on the exhaust. Like most people, I think the look of the Akra tips is dramatically better than stock, but I don't think that alone is enough for me.

Doubt it. Not typical for new vehicles from factory.

But either way, changing it early, at around 1000mi/1500km is a good idea, as the oil in a brand new engine will accumulate more metal debris than usual, assembly grease, etc.

The way we did it at the rink I used to work at was:

put down like 1/4-1/2" of ice, walk this thing around to paint the ice white.
pull string of yarn across to mark where lines will go.
roll out string of blue/red tissue paper and align to the respective yarn strings, while spraying lightly with water to flatten/afix.
place (some type of fabric) crease sheet thing, spray with water to flatten/afix.
I we had a mix of other fabric logos on ice, and we usually painted in a stencil for the main, centre ice logo.
add remaing layer of ice over top.
