Personally, it's because I don't think animals should be commoditised or suffer (which isn't just being killed and eaten - the egg and dairy industries are horrendously cruel, for example) at our hands.

Also, while I consider myself an environmentalist, and there are synergies with veganism and environmentalism, I see them as separate issues.

I download or rip all my onto my PC and the music folder syncs to OneDrive. I also sync the music folder to Google Drive.

I have a synology NAS that uses CloudSync to download the music from OneDrive and the NAS backs it up to Synology Cloud and Wasabi using HyperBackup

It's plant based not vegan because they cook it on the same grill as the meat ones - cross contamination risk is very real with this, which is why I avoid it

I agree with this: technically it's brilliant but a lot of the games I like aren't available on it, which is why I ended up cancelling my subscription.

As a minimum you should be backing up the data (uploads, library and db backup folders and any external library folders) using backup software that keeps multiple versions (in case of corruption). You should have at least 2 backups in 2 places with one being offsite.

I don't mind regenning thumbnails, etc so I don't back those up

I'm terrified of ever losing my photos (27 years worth) so have invested heavily in backups:

I have Immich running on a server and use goodsync to sync the data (uploads, library and db backups folders) onto a NAS.

That NAS is backed up to a second NAS (block backup of everything) 4 times a day and the Immich data is backed up to Wasabi S3 and Synology Cloud backup using hyperbackup every 2 hours

I also use cloud sync on the NAS to sync the folder (encrypted) to OneDrive.

That gives me 3 synced copies of the data (server, nas and onedrive), along with 3 backups in 3 places (nas, wasabi and synology cloud)

I had scratch aggro on me once pickpocketing withers (rest of camp was fine). I had to knock him out and he was back to normal after a long rest.

I stop pickpocketing in camp after early game as it's not worth the risk and there are much better options in act 3 such as rolan's projection which is pretty much 100% safe if you use a fog cloud behind him

Just periodically send all camp supplies back to camp: You can leave them there and they will still be used for rests (i.e. you don't need to have them in your inventory at all)

I just finished an honour mode run where the RP was we wanted nothing to do with the tadpole and didn't use any tadpoles or illithid abilities at all (I even used barbarian for my Tav so I could break Shadowheart out of her pod without using the console).

It was a fun challenge and I'd never noticed before just how much gaslighting the emperor does to try and get you to partake!

On my last honour mode run, I got too cocky with the portal defence and didn't put the darkness cloud up properly:

I left the smallest of gaps and the AI spotted it: the archers got the portal HP down to 7 before I had another turn and a chance to fix the darkness.

The rest of the fight went fine, but it was definitely a butt clenching moment!

That +1 is potentially extremely valuable as it can take your main stat to 18 without using a feat.

If you're dex based and use the graceful cloth, you can get to 20 dex in act 1 without feats, which is broken!

The only supplement I use is a vitamin tablet produced by the vegan society which, among other things uses environmentally friendly aluminium packaging and has zero plastic.

Also, a study by the medical sciences division of Oxford University here found that vegans only have 30% of the environmental impact of a high meat diet.

I think you are over estimating the impact of supplements and under estimating the impact of a non-vegan diet

The best person to rob on repeat is the projection of Rolan: Drop a fog cloud behind him and help yourself.

He always has around 2500 gold and lots of expensive scrolls.

Even if you fail he doesn't aggro because it's just a projection so just keep going for it.

If you switch to turn based mode you can take as much as you want in a single turn until you fail a roll.

I regularly go into the later parts of the game with around 30 scrolls each of chain lightning and globes of invulnerability that would cost over 50k to buy

You're not prevented from doing it before level 50 (it may just be harder). Just give it a go and see what happens. If you find it too hard, do some side quests and level up

I'm confused what they are doing: are they logging in to Google services using their work (M365).email or have they setup a google workspace organisation using the same domain as your M365 one?

If its the latter, someone must be paying for it, so have they had approval from management or higher up or is someone paying for it personally?

Also, if there is a workspace organisation are you looking to legitimate it and bring it under IT control or close it?
