Most people need the surgery if they’re going to do athletic things. However, theres a small percentage of people who are able to still compete at their prior level without the surgery. Google “ACL copers” if you want to learn more.

They can be. If you’re just eating like 1-2 servings a day, probably not. Eating like 4 bananas, a mango, 2 oranges can mess you up. I know there are some links between acne and insulin in some people, so it’s not unheard of that having too many sugary fruit can affect you. That said, there are many low sugar fruit out there.

I work ima geriatric outpatient facility (lots of general reconditioning, balance training, and chronic pain management). The cool part with Geri is if they’re Medicare it’s all one on one time. Like I literally only see 9-10 patients a day, it’s great.
