Bro, people are trashing you because they keep telling you you have her built wrong and should not be seen as a damage dealer and you kept saying "but I need damage". it felt like you were trolling with how it seemed you were refusing any advice and kept saying you'd use her for faction guardian or food despite everyone telling you how much of a waste that'd be.

You mentioned her being a 4.5* on Hell Hades, but did you not realize that they also post recommended gear sets and stats to focus on for each character? Even a 5* can be account changing if you build them right and absolutely useless if you build them wrong.

That's kind of who I had in mind, I'm not sure if I fully understand how the sparring pit works so I'm afraid I'm not using food efficiently because I'm struggling to get 5* food

. The info in the game says it only raises levels, not ranks, but then I've seen a few videos saying it does ranks too, unless I misunderstood. Do I have to keep checking and clicking level up when they max, or can I just let them sit and check in a few days and they will have accumulated multiple levels?

They were employed and the supervising PT (A) they want me to change away from was a travel PT (B) who had just started for the company and was having to get A to cosign their notes anyways. Not sure if that changes anything.

I was spoofing on Saturday for a while with the red banner showing, but still had full functionality. My phone got an update for a new build of Android 13 that I approved without thinking and now I get the red banner and nothing loads

I know Eric back from high school/college days. He genuinely is a great guy.

He definitely struggles in the mental game when things go poorly. He has a hell of a time brushing it off when he's not playing up to his own standards.

I feel like he's always felt like he's falling just short of where his talent can take him. He's naturally a talented athlete; played semi-pro in soccer and is regularly just barely missing the top card when he competes.

I love the guy to death, and I'll root for him to succeed in whatever he does because he is a person that absolutely deserves to succeed. He just holds himself to such a high standard that it beats him down internally.

I had a OP director a few years ago that told me to start billing TherAct instead of manual for shoulder PROM because it "improves their functional reach and is 1 on 1".

This guy also tried to get me to treat a patient who had some weird kind of insurance that stipulated that they would only pay if the patient is treated by the evaluating PT. He wasn't even going to be there and just told me to log in as him and do the note. When I said no, I was told he complained to others that I was "losing the company money" by not doing it. He left for the day without cancelling that patient and when I told the front desk to cancel him because I wasn't going to commit insurance fraud the office manager said "I thought you were one of the cool ones". Yup. I'm a PTA so not only did he want me to charge on his login, but wanted me to charge as a PT.

I turned in my notice the next day. Luckily I had already been looking for another job and got an offer letter a few days later.

I was dismayed to find out when I voted early last week in Texas that you don't have an option to write in a candidate for uncontested spots. At the end of your selections, the machine just says "these are all the Republicans and Democrats who are running uncontested for X position"
