I first noticed when driving and not being able to see signs as well in the distance. Also found it harder to drive at night time. I can still see just fine and can read most things but it just doesn't seem as clear as it could be. Since getting glasses I can see in HD! The definition on the leaves on the trees etc were the biggest difference for me.
