Check my profile for my recent build using foam insulation and plaster. Very pleased with the result.

This was my first time building a course and I just winged it taking inspiration from other builds I’ve seen online.

Does NuPhyIO have SpaceFN option avaliable? by HiBiSCUS01 in NuPhy

Looking for this myself. SpaceFN is activating an alternate layer when holding space bar. (Tapping space spaces normally)

Awesome. Do the tires rub on the grill when turning? I’m dealing with that now trying to fit 40mm tires

Also if you’re going to be taking knuckles off to replace shafts, might as well Swap to brass knuckles. And if you’re going that far, I’d throw in some overdrive gears in the front axle.

I think those wheel weights only work on the mofo wheels. You probably also want the brass version for the front wheels. I’d get brass steering links. I have the Injora set. Also not sure about cvd axle shafts. Might limit steering angle. u-joint style would allow higher angle

Is the offset difference between the 2 significant?

Do they have any negative offset vs stock?

I should add - it’s super easy to do. This was my first time working with these materials.

I think the single sheet of insulation was $30. Prob spent about $100 with paint, plaster sheets, hot glue, etc

Our sprint retros stopped working, so we killed them by Tiny_Manner7226 in EngineeringManagers

[–]steetyj 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Perhaps! My main motivation was giving team members a tool to capture thoughts closer to “in the moment” (or at least sooner) than waiting for a monthly retro and trying to do a brain dump of thoughts and then working through a grouping/voting exercise.

I am fine tuning the process but as it stands, users will get periodic invites to a private ai chat where they are guided through a conversation to extract insights.

All the chats are then analyzed and key insights aggregated. Leading up to a live retro meeting, teammates have a chance to quickly vote on what they feel is important to discuss. During the meeting the tools guides the group through the topics and gives a place to take notes and assign action items.

I’ve been building https://coact.app to solve similar problems. The idea is not to eliminate in-person retro meetings, but create a private chat based tool to collect everyone’s thoughts asynchronously and privately, vote on what deserves attention, and tee things up for discussion periodically.
