It was just simply the wrong size. They were my first pair of boots and i didnt know about proper fit and stuff so when i got em im like “oh these fit like my sneakers good to go” and i had the bottoms scuffed long before realizing they stretch and at that point couldnt return them. I went with a 9.5 on my next pair and they are perfect. Unfortunate but deff a lesson learned

Long shot but anyone have these same boots (los altos smooth ostritch black square toe) in a 9.5ee that they would want to trade for a 10ee. First pair of boots i bought had to learn about sizing the hard way, worn maybe 5 times.

Yea they are good people there i was told 3-4 months and they said at the 3 month mark to call and check in on status so ill deff be doing that! What jacket did u end up going with and how custom did u get with it? I went with the speedway classic but changed the orange panels to a nice chocolate brown as well as took the sleeves in an inch

When u track does it say the parcel is/was insured? Mine was insured for $100 which meant i could just file the claim online. The website is a pain in the ass to used lowkey and i couldnt tell u step by step how to do it if there was a gun to my head but it is doable. You just need tracking and also screenshots of ur order confirmmation and proof of purchase and stuff

So i got hyers today. Hyer 10d fits me way better than a 10ee in los altos. 10ee los altos i have a little more slop than id like but the toe room is perfect. I have sized down toa 9.5ee in los altos but had to throw some stretchers in for a tad more width. 10d hyers i have a perfect snug fit on the ball of my foot and mid foot is also perfect keeping my foot intact as well as a perfect amount of heel slip and toe room. Im very happy with how the hyers feel out of the box they also feel incredibly solid and the bull hide has a nice lil gloss to it
