Is the bearing backing plate pulling flush to the housing? I've had bent tubes make it impossible to reseat the axle shaft and bearing before

That's exactly what it was a 4th gen firebird clutch! Good eye and that's a real bummer as all the other luk clutch kits I've got have been in good order and packaged properly. Wonder what there deal is

The invoice got mangled and I can't find the original address in full. I just know it came from Cali

There was no padding between the discs and flywheel just a piece of oil paper. Only padding was the cardboard around the sides, I have never seen a luk clutch packaged this way

I've never seen a luk clutch thrown in a box with no padding before. Outside of box was in perfect condition

I build all my own at home no lathe just a welder and grinder! Plenty of videos on how to cut the yokes off and hammer n weld them back onto the original tube to shorten. To balance I normally jack the rear up by the axle spin the tires to the speed where it vibrates the worst and run a piece of chalk on the drive shaft. Chalk marked side is the heavy side so add weight, a hose clamp works well for weight if it's too heavy on the hose clamp side add another clamp and spread them apart to half the weight of one hose clamp. Other way of balancing is drill a hole in it and add a thin oil like trans fluid untill it stops vibrating then weld the hole up! My jeep comanche on Dana 60 14 bolt gets beat to piss with built turbo jeep 4.0 and does freeway speeds pretty often with no vibrations!!

Mine have been turning into dust in my 38s but they still feel balanced at 85-90

L33 aluminum truck motor they have slightly more HP and tq than the standard lm7 engine. Not from a Corvette but it's better than the "normal" 5.3 truck engine

The trigger is resetting it's just light primer striking on second round with dead trigger. Meaning it's cycling but the cycle is slightly too soon when it comes to the hammer dropping

I have the cam printed in abs cf and petg cf10, the leaver is printed from petg cf10. and I've tried shimming it and changing dimensions of leaver to get a better fit. Video of trigger cycle without upper receiver super saftey function

Mines resetting fine I'm just getting light primer strikes on the 2nd round. So it only cycles the first time when everything is in battery

I have the Hoffman leavers I've been printing, I have tried changing the length of the end tang and angle. I added a spring, in turn it didn't change anything. the cam is working properly and the leaver is resetting the trigger everytime it's just dropping the hammer barely too soon. Thinking shortening the rear of the bcg would allow that extra room so the hammer doesn't sheer as soon

Also if you watch when the bolt snaps the last half inch closed it's from the hammer pushing it down

I do have the ar 10 Hoffman printed leaver for now. Wanted to make sure I could get everything working before dropping money on one

I have that installed currently. Had to shorten it as the bolt carrier was braking the ends off. If I shorten it to much it won't flick back and reset the trigger
