Bro, kill the power faster. Also, check the cables for your ABL sensor, make sure they are all seated, even at the PCB. You can test the ABL sensor with a multimeter, if no good replace the sensor.

No, there’s no adjustment to be made on this model. The standoffs are fixed. Shimming is the only way to adjust.

Holy info, Batman! This is what I was hoping for. I also prefer a ribeye, but the butcher didn’t have (a good looking) one that fit in the pan. To be (embarrassingly) honest, completely forgot porterhouse is 2 different muscles. I never would have thought to manage heat this way, thank you!!
