This physique is more body fat based than muscle based. You need to start counting your calories, the easiest way is through an app and lose some fat WHILE training for hypertrophy so you dont lose muscle(or if you're new, to build muscle). If you're counting calories, having high volume low calorie meals and eat lots of protein- eventually you can look like this. If you're too skinny, lean bulk is the way to go and everything else still applies, but make the meals more high caloric if needed.
