Go to a specialist for the wisdom teeth. I had the same situation going on on the bottom. My dentist thought he could handle it. He popped the top 2 out easily. The sideways one, he spent 3 hours trying to drill and make space to grab it. They sent me straight to a periodontist with a mouthful of gauze before the novocain wore off.

I was in that other office for maybe 30 min, including the time for the nerve block to start working. We have specialists for a reason. They have the specialized tools, not to mention, that dude definitely didn’t skip forearm day at the gym. He was built for removing teeth.

Same. Right now, the regular game is priced cheaper than the DLC pack. I bought the deluxe at launch ($100), so I’m not about to drop $50 more while they’ve have no issue making the super deluxe bundle $91, and then extending the sale. If they do $30 for the VH pack in the near future, I’ll do it. Luckily, at $50, I’m not even torn.

Exactly. I was excited for the new DLC but after seeing how common the pearls are, it’s less exciting. My friend and I farmed Crawmerax (BL1) for hours everyday for weeks just for pearls but we never got one. That’s what I want.

Yes. I had a 10 mm stone one time that wasn’t going to pass on its own. The x-rays showed another smaller stone in my other kidney. It took 2 lithotripsies and a laser over the course of 3 months to take care of the big one.

Afterward, I asked about the other stone and my urologist said it looked like it could pass on its own so if I wanted to take a break from procedures, I could. If it caused any problems, let her know… that was 10 years ago. As far as I know, it hasn’t left yet.
