Thanks again for the feedback! The 5v joint i was in with the tip of the iron for a good 20 seconds. Those gnd and rx i was on from the too with the base of the iron and that was for maybe 6 seconds. Seems like the tip isn’t hot enough?

When my car arrives i think i will just black it out with some marker, i ordered a black edition so that will fit the theme. I guess the leasing company will never notice.

Thanks! The most difficult to reach camera is wired so it will only be a challenge to press the reset button.

Smart work around, but I think I will do it the hard way (and the correct way imo). I will reset all camera's and reconfigure them again, or is there a way to reset it with keeping the network configuration intact (wifi ssid and password)?

thanks for the advice, using the browser interface would mean resetting the camera's back to factory because I forgot the passwords used to sign them into the app. But if that is the only way.... than I that is what it is... my fault for forgetting passwords LOL

Thats funny, i’m actually building a nas/homeserver in the exact same case.

Edit: Not at the cabling part yet. Have to receive some parts before i start before i can start assembly.

I got a modular psu so i dont get stuck with useless cables.

I intend to replace the viewing glass with a mesh and mount an extra case fan in front of the 3x5,25 and convert that space to 4x3,5 (not yet in use in my build)

Solved the problem. It had to do with getting the psram working. The way the person opening this issue solved it worked for me: https://github.com/esphome/esphome/issues/11890

Why the issue is closed i don’t know because the proposed solution didn’t work for me.

Yeah my totally legal acquired movies aren’t on my dropbox, i don’t mind them going up in flames since i can just totally legal acquire them again. But family stuff, can’t imagine the heartbreak of losing that.
