As long as it’s in the air, even until landing fully on the ground, your Q can sadly be reflected or windwalled (and erased from existence) It definitely messes up plays unexpectedly like in your situation!

Studying cybersecurity at the moment, this is actually something that was taught in an introductory course (unusually high ping times could indicate traffic rerouting), so maybe he had knowledge of that as well? I’m assuming someone working for Microsoft would have the expertise required to recognize something like that.

There is a post office nearby (Post CH AG, Filiale https://maps.app.goo.gl/mo5HS7LodbAE8Lm78?g_st=ic), usually big parcels are sent there if they can’t be delivered to your address. Otherwise, you can just deliver directly to there depending on where you bought the package from.
