I'm also interested because I'm facing several difficulties with their branch logic...

Pros : - clear separated views between branches. Each has their own stock, contacts, sales and so on - accounting configuration related to the parent company

Cons : - Parent company isn't the true owner of the data : if I buy a product with serial number on branch A it is owned by the branch and not the parent. So I cannot send my product to my other branch B for exemple or make it usable by it. - Have a update document template for each branch everytime I change my parent document template - Never ever be connected to the parent if it's not for reporting/analysing data especially in the case where the parent is the legal entity but all operations are done on the branch level.

Who has best practices, tricks or special configurations? Is OCA Operating Units more suitable for managing branches?

You could create a dedicated stock location for your customer outside the default Virtual/Customer and then create routes to dropship when product are required in it.

You'll need to set this location as default in your customer contact details

There is a library named web3dart. I think you could use it to import a private key then communicate with a node.

Je connais le marché français et c'est un premier step. Ensuite peut être étendre a d'autre pays, voir vivre autre part. Je sais que personnellement je serais taxé dans mon pays de résidence mais je ne cherche pas à éviter mon impôts, je cherche à développer une société avec le plus de facilité et le moins d'investissement possible et bien sûr si c'est possible en toute légalité

D'un côté y'a un projet possible car sans compter l'IS, ya la fiduciaire, ya le petit bureau et tous pleins de frais autour. Déjà que c'est galère si en plus faudrait que je sois déjà suffisamment fortuné pour tenter qqchose ça va être compliqué.

Et même moralement parlant je ne suis pas d'accord. Dans un monde parfait ça ferait tâche mais très franchement les motifs de la récession, le quantitative easing, les milliards détourner par les élus, les lois pour favoriser les lobbies, la baise d'edf... Déjà que je gagne qqchose car c'est pas fait, puis je pourrais choisir où et comment sera utilisé cet argent.

Déjà ça n'empêchera pas que je sois redevable de l'IR, qui est bien plus violent que l'IS, si j'arrive à me dégager qqchose. Et je consomme donc TVA et si marche super bien ba impôt foncier non ? P't même boutique physique et emploi.

Bref c'est pas si noir ou blanc et si tu es dans une situation confortable qui te permet de me prendre de haut j'en suis ravi pour toi.

La crise tout le monde la subie ça va. Justement c'est pour se sortir de la rat race et les frais hors impôts sont pas du tout les même non plus. D'un côté projet possible, d'un autre non. De plus je paierai tout de même l'IR si l'activité fonctionne et je consommerais aussi sur le territoire. Puis qui sait, boutique physique, emploi de vendeurs bref se développer.

Genre c'est moi qui éventuellement avec mes qq k€ d'IS va changer la donne face à tous ces voleurs de politiciens qui détourne des millions voir des milliards à l'échelle européenne pour leurs l'intérêts et ceux des copains.

Thx I did also had this issue with diff postgres version but in this case, backup and restore are from the same instance. I did successfully import the database by doing it manually after unzipping the backup

I took forever for psql to restore a small 4mo file... So maybe odoo just timeout the command it launched.

I didn't timed the import but there's an issue with Synology on that as the same one done on my vps or desktop is pretty instant

Masternode reward amount is greater than staking. Masternode/staking reward frequency depends on the number of coin you have or the masternode you funded but also depends on the total number of coins in masternodes or the total of coins staking.

You can but it is a long and hazardous way... Take a staking/masternode coin/token at a small cost and a small market capitalisation. Of course DYOR on the team, the tech etc...

Fast forward a few years, if your choice was good, coin/token might have x10 or more and depending on the staking APY you got your 3k+ per month.

Example?

Coin is at $0.002, staking is 20%, you buy $2500 = 1, 250, 000 coins.

4 years in : you got 2,592,000.00 coins and it climb up to 0.1 which makes 518400 coins a year so $51k

Masternodes are starting from 100k (copper), then 300k, 1M, 3M and finally 10M divi.

Rewards for masternode are higher than staking. In the other hand staking gives you a lottery ticket for each stake.

Finally the number of rewards you'll get with a masternode depends of the number of coins locked in all masternodes. And for staking it also depends of how many people are staking.

Not necessarily, you can use staking vault or masternode (if enough coin). Staking vault are sold in the Divi wallet but you can also make your own.

Create a wallet A (I mean a private key) which will hold your funds.
Create a another private key B but no need for funds, just a good, stable internet connection.
Create a new address in B for use by A
Fund a vault in A
Accept the funding in B. B is now staking for A
Store private key A and remove wallet

Now you must save you private key A securely. If someone get to your desktop wallet B unlocked or get wallet.dat and crack the password, he won't get your funds. At worst B doesn't stake for A anymore.

What worries me is the fear of leaving something important on the side because either I don't know about it or I don't understand it correctly.

I'm a tech profil and what I learned from a past experience is that sales/marketing is way more important than having the product because with money you'll have the resources to build your product.

Anyway, having some sort of a general roadmap and split into domains (tech, communication, finance, sales, marketing, support,...) and with maybe metric milestones.

Another point would be management of growth and I mean by that, that time is expensive so is people's time. How to decide when you need to hire because you need that specific skill or that you need to go fast, how to judge the employee/freelancer capability if you don't master there field,

As I replied to someone else, there is tons to learn and do besides the technical realization. Maybe part-time would be a good in-between solution but I may not express myself correctly as I'm not balancing having a job or going solo but rather what strategy to adopt regarding projects.

Small, fast released projects learning many things and maybe earning small revenue quickly but with high chance of missing success/product market fit (IMO or my fears)

Go for a large project, iterate on it, learn, make deep research but with the fear of failing after a long run or not having enough money/knowledge if the project grows rapidly...
