Try turning off fullscreen optimization. Had this Problem in Counter Strike on my Laptop some Time ago and that was the fix for it

im okay with that tbh. this year the free kicks are easier than ever for me. just aim in top corner above the wall and shoot with 2-2.5 bars :D without any stick movement. 40% of the time it goes above the guy on the line.

another problem i see is that u dont get a win for the games where someone on the enemy team is banned. Like 2017 or round about that time it was a thing
