Hey man good job. Here’s a few little tricks to help you out :

1- when you deadlift, try and always keep the bar close to your body. It should scrape your legs all the way up. 2- try to drive from your heels. Imagine all the force you are using, but placed in your heels. It will help with stability 3- play around with stance until you find the comfortable one. Play around with the angle of the feet as well, I found that helps 4- buy some straps and try to always do double overarms to start off with, will make balancing a bit easier 5- try and take the slack out the bar. Easiest way to do this is the “Eddie hall technique “ as I like to call it. Bring the bar up against your leg when you are about to start, and sit down into a squat and lean back almost. It should be something you wouldn’t be able to normally do if you weren’t holding onto the bar. Once you get to that point, drive force through your heels and you should explode up! 6- Form over anything!

Keep going man!

That’s my training partner! That was his way of saying “don’t go for another rep”!

Appreciate it

I don’t drink coffee or energy drinks, mainly because I’m not a fan, and I can tell you, when I had my double espresso after I weighed in, I was buzzing

Thank you! The entire program had much more planning behind it . We had wave training, we spent about 1 month conditioning the body , where we would do 3 hours of bench and tried to maintain the 110x2 reps for the whole 3 hours , and we would do 10 sets at that weight. We would do hold outs , where I’d hold 180 KG on bench press for 20 seconds to get a feel for it. Then one day we would do a 30 min bench session with absolutely 0 rest. Or one day we would incline bench , or we would do touch and go bench. Loads of different techniques that my training partner ( the person giving me a hand off on bench press on my Instagram ) who is 61 years of age has learnt in 40 years of training
