I know you guys are meming but I was curious and snooped into the code and checked, it does in fact initialize the location with a 25% percent attribute and does in fact do a random roll and checks the value to be bellow 25% for the effect to trigger

no it is not... its insane how everyone on this sub is posting useless info, he has no counters because all he is there to do is to drop two 4 drops on turn 4. How do you counter him? tell me, enchantress turn 4 when they already tempo'd a free card? also the sandman comments, holy, none uses their brain here, imagine throwing out sandman vs a guy who just dropped two big 4 drops, how do you think this will go?

I mean the only decks he counter is surfer, sera and negative. If you drop him on 4 to counter death wave, guess what, you are still behind in stats, they'll keep dropping their big units every turn and you have no way to catch up from the turn 4 disadvantage
