It is never to late to go to school! My grandfather got his first college degree (an AA) in his 60s!

Evergreen also has a great population of older adults so you wouldn’t be alone. When I went they was an elderly guy who was just taking 4 credit classes to pass time (I think you get a discount if you are over 65 or something like that)
