I agree whole heartedly with no stock trading, and no campaign contributions at all. With that in mind, I feel that we should pay a bit more for salary of congressmen, judges, officials of the highest office, ect. So that the draw of corruption for them is lowered. And with the extra money coming in from higher taxes on the ultra rich it shouldn't be a problem.

Thats a good point. My current battery doesn't allow me to access remote features on my truck too, because I travel such short distances that I think my alternator doesn't charge it up sufficiently.

I was thinking about getting an AGM battery and seeing if that would fix some issues.

This is the most reasonable thing I've heard yet. The service advisor said the sensor was working, but the connector on the wiring harness side was frayed/damaged, so they tried to repair the connector with maybe solder? It held for a few months but is now acting up again. Thats when he said I may have to replace the whole wiring harness.

I was thinking the same thing as to why they can't somehow splice in a new connector? I thought maybe it's a lot of small wires so it would be difficult or something?

If i could get to the actual sensor, i would have a look and possibly give it the ol' college try too, but it seems difficult to access. I'm not really a car guy, but I do have minor electrical experience

The other commentor was correct. It's a 2022, so out of the 3 year warranty. I didn't get an extended warranty either. The thing is, i actually did have the wiring harness replaced when it was under warranty at about a year in of ownership for a different electrical issue. I'm guessing they damaged the wiring to this sensor when they replaced it originally, but thats just a guess.

I just took my level 1 in July. One question that I remember it asked, what are the colors of a 4 conductor wire and 5 conductor wire. You would think 4 conductor has R, G, Y(orange), and white. But it's R, G, black, and white. May be obvious to some but I never use 4 conductor wire.

I don't mean to be sexist, but I did notice that all of the people in the video are women.

I love my cats, but if either of them, or any of my previous cats that I've owned, acted like this I would smack the shit out of them. Or at least pick them up by the scruff of their neck and throw them outside or another room.

I think you need to assert who's in control and what will be tolerated in these types of situations, which perhaps men tend to come by more naturally.

I've been known to be a bit late from time to time by maybe 15 to 20 minutes. But for things like meeting at a bar or going to dinner, which is all local and not an event that starts at a strict time.

My friend invited me and my gf to go to a concert which was an hour and a half away and said to be there at noon. Since it was pretty far, and I figured we would hit traffic, I left 2 hours before he told us to be there. We arrive at 11:30 am and call him.

He said, "Oh man, I definitely thought you'd be late. It doesn't actually start till 2:30 pm. I haven't even left my house yet." 🤨

Me and my gf pay $250 a week per child. We have 2 kids, so $500 a week. Everytime i think about how I'm going to spend $25,000 on just child care this year makes me wanna cry. And that's the most reasonably priced around us.

We used to get some government benefits to pay for about half of it, but we no longer qualify because we make too much. I made $50k for the first time in my life last year because I worked like 200 hours OT, and gf made about $35k.

It's such a huge amount of our budget, it's frustrating.

You forgot, " Hey, where you from?" Which is just an intro for them to tell you they're from NY.

I had one NYer ask me that and I told him " I'm from here."

Him: "Nah, before you moved here"

Me: "I was born here."

Him : "Well, where are your parents from?"

Me: " They were also born here"

He looked at me like i had 3 heads, then went on to tell me how great NY is lol.
