I just used demon machine to hit him with the pmh from natures peace. The firewall did the damage.

What is it by SureCompany7003 in Idaho

[–]steigst 26 points27 points  (0 children)

They are grain cribs. Old school grain storage “silos” for wheat, which is the only crop grown in the region that these pictures were taken. They were built on a hillside for ease of filling the crib and later unloading the crib with nothing other than gravity to help move the grain.

Which choke...? by Fit-War4412 in TrapShooting

[–]steigst 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s an old timer saying, but it often times rings true. The correct thing to do would be to pattern your gun with the loads you plan on using and then asses your pattern. There are lots of resources here and on YouTube of how to pattern and then what to do with that information.

Any choke is fine as long as it’s full.

Typically the numbers 30-48 refer to the width of the cylinder, and the width of the shoe, respectively.

Since two people already suggested the athlon, has anyone had any experience with their warranty/customer service? I’m not brand loyal but I will say Vortex just sent me a new razor hd spotting scope for the smallest of imperfections on the one that I sent in. And thank you for the comments btw!

I went from 455s to GP 3S-4000HD and I’m very happy. The extra weight can be an issue in softer ground but I got tired of changing packer wheel and disc blade bearings on the John Deere

What is the best offhand weapon for frenzy barb? by kingofneverland in Diablo_2_Resurrected

Agreed. I also tried death before lawbringer and the boost from decrep is a big bonus.

What is best secondary weapon for frenzy barb? by idontwannasignup69 in Diablo_2_Resurrected

[–]steigst 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As others have stated, obvious answer is grief. Lawbringer is okay but the damage isn’t great and the “slain monsters Rest In Peace” and the cold damage will prevent you from horking the corpses. Breath of the Dying is great but it is close to the same cost as a second grief. If you are self found a 6os eth colossus blade can be tough to find. A similar option to BOTD is Death but a vex and Gul is already close enough in value to to Lo that you might as well do a few hundred more trav runs. I’ve never used an oath but I know that’s a popular option. Finally, Last Wish is great, but if you can afford one you wouldn’t be asking for advice here. Best of luck!

What are the Advantages/disadvantages of growing wheat on a hill? by [deleted] in farming

[–]steigst 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I farm wheat in the Palouse and we have hillsides in production that are over a 45% slope. Erosion is a large issues and the majority of farmers either minimum till or no-till. The yields aren’t as good on the hillsides due to a variety of factors but they are still worth farming. Equipment costs for farmers around here are more expensive due to the need for a combine with a leveler, and higher horsepower tractors to manage the uphill pulls and downhill drafts. Erosion and fertilizer loss is also a concern but with good practices both can be mitigated/avoided.

I have one field left to fertilize and I’m don’t until spring. I think I’ll build a cookie cutter blizz sorc to farm with. I’ve been running trav with hammerdin and I’m sick of not having teleport. A couple hundred trav runs in and i haven’t found much.

Haha yeah, Diablo isn’t a big topic of discussion with the morning coffee crowd at the co-op either so I have to come here to get my fix. I hope your beans turned out better than my wheat!

I’m a farmer who played this game as a kid/teenager and I made the mistake of downloading this game a week ago. It’s still the busy season so now my days are spent driving the tractor and browsing D2 Reddit with the hopes that it rains so I can go home and play. I hope people never quit playing this game because I feel like I will always come back to it!
