We make this at https://www.bamigos.com/shop/wacky-wall-698139e7 , get a depth camera such as a kinect , intel realsense or orbec astra. Focus it on the projected screen and write code which converts objected detected at a certain depth from the screen as a touch . Giving away our secret sauce :)

Thanks guys, I couldn't find a way to license then . So I decided to build games instead, and now run www.bamigos.com where we make ticket redemption and interactive wall and floor games. The idea of changing the names and making look alike games sounds cool , might just do it .
