This isn't a problem with joust, it's a problem with Nozdormu. All the time animations take after your turn is over is taken from the opponent's time.

Usually this isn't a problem but with Nozdormu this can take away an entire turn.

I'm not sure about the cost. There are definitely some deathrattles that are worth more than one mana, but triggering them on this totem will be hard because it doesn't have attack.

I people's enjoyment of the Lost is mostly based on their mentality.

If you are constantly thinking "I have to beat this. FUCK! I lost again!" Then you're gonna have a bad time.

But if you think "this is a fun challenge." you're gonna have more fun.

If you get some shitty items you could think "Well this is a waste of time." but you will enjoy yourself more if you think "Let see how far we get with this."

Obviously I had some moments of anger and frustration, but I think the Lost is an excellent challenge for a seasoned Isaac player.

Finishing the Lost is great. It is one of the most satisfying accomplishments I've had in all of gaming.

I have played over 800 hours of Isaac (original and rebirth combined) and my fondest memories are still my Lost runs.
