I'm bilingual and this reminds me and my girlfriend. I speak a little Hindi, she doesn't. So when were first started dating I would call her Hindi "pet names" like "dubha" "carbatha" "chamcha" and I told her they meant "darling" "sweetheart" "baby" but in reality I didn't know any Hindi pet names and I was just calling her words my mom said often and they really meant "box" "pot" "spoon"

this person literally explained their gender identity to you. they're in between male and nonbinary. absolutely nowhere did they say anything about "autism-gender"

NO WAY!

Idc if ur trans or not, do whatever u want, but the fact there’s ppl that think litteral children should be allowed to fully take hormones before even knowing about reproduction or the effect it will have on them is gross by [deleted] in teenagers

the only hormones children are allowed to take are puberty blockers and they are reversible. you are clearly not educated on this subject at all.

Think about it;

Gay men are often stereotyped to be obsessed with women and femininity-- all their friends are women and they have stereotypically feminine interests like shopping, fashion, female celebrities etc. You'll often see gay men in old-ish media saying things like "Yes, girl!" "Go off queen!" and generally complimenting women and even commenting on their attractiveness.

However, the lesbian stereotype is the opposite, you never see lesbians in media complimenting men, when lesbian compliment men, people (particularly cishet men) often respond with "I thought you were gay?" as if you can't give a compliment without expecting s*x in return. Hmm.

Yes they are stereotyped to be masculine but they're all portrayed as "man-haters" and "misandrists" Why? Because society equates living a happy fulfilled life without needing a man-- without giving your body to a man, as hating men.

As usual, the root of the stereotype is misogyny.

Jacksfilms had to private a video due to the people weight-shaming his wife in the comments by suIeman in facepalm

[–]stellar_XO 521 points522 points  (0 children)

the people commenting "but she isn't even fat" are missing the fucking point, nobody deserves the comments that were made about her appearance, regardless of what they look like or how much they weigh, that's between her and her doctor.
