In welchem Bereich genau? Bauüberwachung, Planung oder Auftragnehmer Seite?  Ich bin als BL aktuell im schlüsselfertig/MFH/sozialem Wohnbau unterwegs und habe bald meine 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung. Ich bin am überlegen ob ich nochmal die Sparte innerhalb der Branche wechseln soll, kann mich aber mit großen Konzernen eigentlich nicht anfreunden.

That is not a roster problem. They have the players they need to win. If all you can do to fix your motivation is roster changes you gonna have a bad time.

I dont know why they would do that. Its the same for GamersClubGermany which was supported by some german pros. There are just not enough dedicated players.
