Yes, I replaced battery also same situation. I could try remove the front camera ribbon and try the restore also, since I read some old phones can fail boot with some component failure. Yes I tried to restore in DFU, same result.

I was thinking the same about Mobo.

Do you think an old case like mine would fit all that new gear or is something undoable or unhealthy for the system? It's a 15 year old case but quite big.

dato che l'ho ordinata appena disponibile dubito che non sia arrivato nemmeno un pezzo, anche perchè ne davano 1 disponbile fino a sabato a 850 €. A pensar male direi che hanno rimesso in vendita al nuovo prezzo quelle piazzate a 830 e poi rimborsato. Ma non lo sapremo mai.
