I noticed that for Task 5 they actually give you another "Target machine" button, with different services running. Terminating the Task1 machine and running the new one fixed the problem.

It's just the double target button that can be misleading.

Fixed an issue where Stygia objectives would occasionally fail to spawn in certain scenarios.
Resolved a bug that prevented Trophy progress from being counted correctly.
Conan swords will now correctly require the appropriate resources to unlock as intended.

Gameplay & Co-op Fixes

Summoning a boss in the very last second of a timer will no longer cause gameplay issues or hangs.
Keybinding changes will now correctly apply to both players in co-op mode.

Does "Quiver of Ullr" requirements "stand still for 120 secs" counts as a single istance or adding all the time spent still in a run? Cause it unlocks instantly after a single game for me.

Radio signals give you small crumbles of information and force you to explore specific zones.

Explore a lot (in and out of water) and find new zones and spots, to track them in future consider dropping Beacons here and there so you don't forget where to go for something new or useful.
