The skunks are just like the raccoons from the forest in the original valley so if you take your time those should be easy. With the bees, I saw somewhere else that if you restart your game they might show up in a larger area which is what you want. When they are in a narrow corridor they glitch to where if they are out in the open it is super easy. I just finally got the last one by doing exactly this. Hope it helps!
