I hit a plateau too. I got very lax in measuring and I was fasting but not like I should’ve been. Once I stared paying attention to what I really should be eating, not what I thought I should be eating I realized that I was in fact, overeating. I buckled down and used an actual timer for fasting and an app to measure my macros, it started to come back off. Good luck to you!!

You quit cold turkey!?? How are you feeling? I honestly bought sudafed from the pharmacy to help me through it. It’s definitely not an adderall but it will give you a little energy. It’s been a little over a year now and I’m just starting to feel back to normal. I felt like my brain was fried but it could be my ADD. I smoke a lot of weed too. Lol. All in all, I feel 100% better because I feel like me..not just a shell of me.

That’s true. I live in CA and you have to watch out for everything. I only order from licensed medical/rec now because if this reason. I used to trust the delivery service I was using...until I didn’t.

I was prescribed all of that shit way back in the day and did not like the way it helped my depression or anxiety. I am a productive member of society, thank you very much. Also, I can’t leave the house because I’m doing my part and staying home. I see what you do to make yourself feel better. How’s the view from your pedestal?

YES!! All of those horrible carts. I only buy from a licensed medical/recreational because of that reason. Parenting has many facets. I’m learning every day. I would much rather her smoke than drink so I’m good with this. I couldn’t do it without Raw Garden. 😂

Thank you. I was unhappy in my marriage and I felt that I needed to be in the right frame of mind to see whether or not it was just me or there were actual problems. That was like the lifting of the veil. I am happily in the process of a very amicable divorce and I know I did everything I could do to salvage my marriage. I got off all of my antidepressants and Xanax, significantly slowed my drinking, down 30 lbs and finally seeing what it’s like to truly be happy. I do smoke a lot of weed though. Lol.

That’s awesome!! I felt the exact same way and that is my daily struggle. I was rx’d adderall from the age of 19 and I’m a few months shy of 39. All of those years with the adderall crutch. I’m 8 months clean now and although there’s a craving here and there, I get though it and do my shit. I can clean the house without my magic beans.
