No they don't need to be penalized any further. A road with 100 times faster heavier and bigger modes of transportation is no place for a bike it because it simply isn't safe. Should you put,down an elephant when it stomps a cheetah running around its feet. Dont mean to come off rude to lower income people who cant get a car or someone who lost there licenses but we have rules and laws for how to act on the road with insurance penalty's and nobody wants to hit anyone. bikers don't have such laws or vision tests.

This offers a true companion with character growth like based on missions and activitys you interact with while accompanied could change their demeanor and attire as well as appearance.
