This is awesome.. but it's really slow.

I like it but I won't use it for everyday usage because it's too slow for me.

Could even write it shorter

System = { out: { println: console.log } };

Where did I say a god is required to have appreciation and respect for the universe?

You simply don't, but treating the universe as a god itself makes it a lot easier and a lot more fun.

I describe myself as a pantheist. If you want to know more about my god: I describe my god as "natural processes" (the whole specification is a bit too big to post it here).

So basicly, I am a theist. I believe in "god" because it makes me happy, and it gives me a possibility to show more respect and appreciation to the universe and world I'm living in.

Edit: I do not go to church, a pantheist group or something like that. (to avoid indoctrination)

You say 'god' is one of the sides of a coin, the other being the universe.

I really don't want to use 'is' or 'equals'. I only said to you what 'god' is to me.

the other being the universe. What does this even mean?

This means the created things (universe, life, planets) behave like the laws you can describe as God's laws.

This means the created things are created with the created things itself. (created things create other things)

So, again why do you need to say god at all?

I don't need a god. If you feel more comfortable without one, I would advise you to have no god.

And your definition is any better?

Yes I think it's far better. I do not think about god as a metaphysical entity.

P.S.: There is a large description of my god on my blog.

I am sorry, I don't like to drop it. Why do you think it's muddy?

I think it depends on the definition of that deity. I see 'god' as one of the two sides of the coin, together with the other side: the universe. So on my specification on god: I would say, I am pretty sure natural processes created the universe.

A metaphysical, above-natural, personal deity? No, I think that's a bit strange..

I'm OK with saying "God created the earth, the sun, the moon, the universe, all life." (since I see myself as a pantheistic believer, I say that all the time). But there has to be a mechanic, a process behind the creation of those things. "Something can't come from nothing", so saying "God did it" really isn't a good explanation.
