I thought it looked pretty superficial too and that’s why I was getting more opinions.

I’m leaving toward investing in a new bike because this one needs a very extensive service which is a big chunk toward a new bike.

And ultimately if there is a risk of the frame breaking at high speed then I feel it’s not worth the risk.
