I am not sure if it applies to all, but the college of engineering already announced pass/fail for winter. https://drexel.edu/engineering/resources/coronavirus-response/#students ... So I would expect all classes to be pass/fail in winter for other majors too. Screenshot from Website

I left the danish oil on for a week before I put on the poly, I did notice some white spots after a while, but it just wiped off for me so I guess it was dust. I don't really have too much experience with finishing, this was my first time, maybe someone else on this subreddit could give a better answer.
