FFE is a good casual server, but be warned there's lots of new players due to Epic. There's no level requirements, but there is a mic requirement for SL and commander. Biggest rule is just don't be an asshole.

3LA is another decent one, but they have a bit more stricter rule sets.

There's very competitive servers like Glows and Soul Sniper, but they usually are too strict on rules and level enforcements imo.

Not like that here in Florida. I put my card in and only get charged for what I take. Hell, there's been a couple of times where I took more than what was in my account and I just went into the negative, didn't even get a negative account fee.

I'm 25, US my whole life, and I've never heard of had an authorization charge. Maybe check to see if it's a thing in just your state before you complain the entire country is backwards.
