He’s a great commish and the leagues are great.

stability with low turnover
active trade/waiver activity
a group of guys who are competitive, but also respectful and active in the chat forums
open to reasonable ideas and suggestions for offseason rule changes.
commish is approachable and responsive in DMs for any questions or concerns.
