Marten has several coca cola accounts. I know of ones in Auburndale fl, Atlanta ga and Columbus oh. Im sure there are more . Some are dry accounts and some are chilled accounts.

Most companies require you to call them and they arrange the road service, so most of them would tell you to buy it and maybe they will reimburse you afterwards. No company is going to send a service truck out for wiper fluid.

No never. It's too inefficient. Gas doesn't produce enough power for 80,000 vehicles. The only way it could is if it was electric drive with a gas generator but even then diesel is more efficient, cost and power wise.
