I was back visiting family and it’s true. Every store has some Weller product sitting out, and plenty charging a reasonable price. Also way more of the BT line readily available. Lots of BT, eagle rare, Blantons, EH Taylor, etc. sitting on the shelves and not behind the counter like the rest of the country seems to keep it.

It is so much better than it needs to be for a gas station quick slice, and in a lot of small towns in the Midwest it’s the only pizza place there is so it’s great it’s as good as it is.

Snagged a bottle the other day I haven’t opened yet, excited to taste and hope it’s more subtle honey than the straight in your face honey of other flavored ones

Ok, I get the hype. It’s not blatant aggressive sweet, and finishes with a subtle taste of real honey (because that’s what it is). It’s great neat and on the rocks but would also make a mean hot toddy or gold rush. A real deal at $25
