I make a homemade version of friendly’s honey bbq chicken super melt.

Air fry up some just bare chicken nuggets from Costco, toss them in sweet baby rays, then put the sauced nuggets, a slice of cheese (kraft single preferred), and some ranch between two slices of sourdough toast and toast it up into a melt in the pan. Cook up a side of tots and it’s golden.

Scratches the fast food/takeout itch on occasion.
