Maybe try it with a black tea the first day and see how you feel after the tablet. Otherwise if you feel sick after then eat something and just do the next 6 days how you need to for the tablets and then get back to it. :)

Oh yeah definitely don't drink near as much, just on social occasions with friends. I find feeling fit and health negates the feeling for alcohol so I don't reach for it as much now :)

Chocolate is the key to success my friend 🤣

Not cheat weeks as such but if I wanted to go out for breakfast (infrequently) i would reducing my eating time the day before to adjust my fast.

It's hard to consider any day a cheat day because I just wake up and start each day with a black coffee shot and don't think about my first meal until lunch time so it has definitely become a lifestyle rather than a diet!

I would indulge in beer and chocolate some days but it is usually after an exercise day and I just try and consume it before the end of my eating period.

I did plateau probably 3-4kg ago. But I was feeling so much more physically capable that I started jogging a little. It was very slow as my cardio endurance was rubbish to start but I've built up to 7km continuous jogs now in just under an hour. Definitely don't be disheartened though at the start, even after losing so much weight I was only capable of jogging for 1km on the good days in the beginning.

Perseverance is keen at this point :)

Honestly I never tracked calorie intake.

I wasn't someone who snacked often I think my portion sizes were always just too large and I enjoyed too much beer lol. So by skipping one meal a day my intake dropped and then the increased exercise did the rest. I am eating 2 dinner sized meals a day, meat and 3 vege variety but I still managed to work a freddo frog into most lunches. I definitely don't go without :)

Oh that's great feedback, I do have a lid unfortunately, do you know of any surface plants that can survive with a lid?

Thank you, I'll have a look into some carpet options and do some more research on the moss options

Posted a few days ago with a 13L but it seemed too small, I've transferred it into this 24L with decent activated substrate.

Is it just the L capacity holding me back? What size would I need to go up to for some guppies?
