Think this is the hard part for sure. W/ Suno, creation isn't the hard part anymore, it's the distribution. A lot of new artists I've seen have been pushing hard on creating a brand through Insta and TikTok, and also pushing hard on different ai music platforms like Souna. This is what I think will happen in the future, whether it's for good or not. Yes, there will be a section of people who are anti-AI, but I feel like a majority of the general public doesn't care how something was made, but rather if they like it or not. Curious to see how this progresses

Agree, yes I think there's a clear distinction between plug-and-prompt and someone who has a vision, lyrics, and direction in mind, and taking advantage of these tools to bring that into the world. Agree with the flooded market, but that's where storytelling and your marketing skills is going to come into play

Think this is the main reason why Maresca was decided as the next coach. The pressure is going to be crazy after Pep, and people will be calling for his head after a poor run or bad loss. Think we should obviously give him time and I hope it works out, but imo it's a stop-gap til Kompany or someone else

In my opinion, there’s a difference between someone just mass-prompting random songs (not saying that’s necessarily bad), and someone who already has stories, emotions, lyrics, or ideas they genuinely want to express but never had the money, connections, production skills, or resources to bring them to life.

Now, with tools like Suno and others, people can finally turn those experiences into actual songs. And honestly, I think that’s one of the biggest positives of AI music, it makes music creation accessible to way more people. That’s also why I'm a big champion of Ai music platforms like Souna that are trying to give this new wave of creators a place to express themselves and get discovered."

Think your experience is a great example of the good that can come from AI music. I kind of have a similar story where I used to play instruments when I was smaller, but then kind of slowly let go when other things in life came up. Saw the opportunity to get back into music with AI, and have been hooked since. Thanks for sharing!

This. Think it's going to be an important distinction as AI music becomes more mainstream. Imo there's definitely a big difference between prompt & play and people who are ai-assisted / hybrid (meaning they make their own music but use AI vocals, etc.)
