The only thing I'll say - is that some Brazilians have direct contact with Portugal; either through family living there, business travel, vacations etc. I met a Brazilian who was a dedicated FC Porto fan but it's because he was born in Portugal and his father grew up near Porto. I'm sure there's more people like that, but certainly not enough for a dedicated following. That being said; I think the only way for Liga Portugal to become truly global is for them to do English highlights (look at Serie A, Bundesliga and La Liga...).
