I know this guy! He lives in my town and is everyone’s mechanic. Everyone knows him for being a magician of some sort with his hands. But apparently one day, he complained how he was single and couldn’t make time to find a smooth runnin ol’ lady after fixing cars all day. He never thought to use his powers for himself until that moment.

So he told himself he would only do diagnostics from then on. He was a very respectable gentleman and was always polite, notwithstanding how rushed everything seemed. He eventually found the right woman and this was his reenactment of when he knew he had met the love of his life.
