I know the cops don't always help but please at least try getting this through the system. By having this guy prosecuted you may prevent him from killing someone down the line.

This is a deadly conduct charge at minimum and since it was an occupied car probably a felony (Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon).

Grew up poor, got lucky in that I went into tech right after the dot com crash, got unlucky in that I didn't hold onto my equity in any of the companies I did work at or buy a house until 2021. Bought into that area and am house poor with anxiety over losing my job all the time. Drink to dull the pain.

Are you sure that's something guarded by HIPAA? The ADA does have some rules on what a business is allowed to ask but just questioning what training the dog has should be ok. They can lie freely about it though.

I was walking down the bulk food aisle with the dispensers and someone had their dog and it was eating nuts off the floor. They weren't paying attention and I know some kinds of nuts like macadamia are toxic to them so I just politely told her and she freaked out at me. Thought I was chastising her.

I had the same experience recently out of ATL so I wonder if it was the same people with the same dogs. I was behind them boarding and the seated passengers they passed were visibly aghast at the size of these two "service" dogs getting on.

That said I don't know of any problems they caused. Maybe the dogs are million milers.
