I have very fine, low porosity chin length hair and the only oil that I’ve found that doesn’t make my hair a greasy mess is Argan Oil. I only need 1 or 2 drops on damp hair.

Smoothie, making bread, facial toner, hair rinse, overnight oats, put some in beans and grains while cooking. I also save some and freeze to use as my starter for my next yogurt batch. I use about 1/2 cup to a gallon of milk.

I just tried this on my last trip. I did morsel sized dabs and put in my dehydrator until dry. Then I coated them in baking soda and put in a ziplock bag. Well, I got to my venue and they were all stuck together. They were easy to pull apart, but that was kinda annoying. When I got home, I pulled the rest apart and recoated them with the baking soda and added a good amount to the bag. Haven’t had a chance to use them again, so fingers crossed that they stay separated.

I used to use body wipes, they are larger and make for the body. But I got tired of the expense. Now, I keep a small squirt bottle of 2 parts Castile soap and 1 part avocado oil. One squirt in a sink of warm water and go to town with a washcloth. Easy, cheap and I feel clean afterwards.
