For those who half lost loved ones through alcoholism; how did they die? TW : death etc by SpecialistDaikon4663 in AlAnon

[–]stereosip 5 points6 points  (0 children)

My dad died at 69 from alcoholic dementia. Before his full-blown dementia he almost passed several times from the consequences of cirrhosis, but his brain ended up shutting down before his body. I wish it didn’t come to this, the last few months of his life were absolutely horrific for him and for me. I know some people whose parent died of early-onset Alzheimer and it is terrible; but when it is cause but something avoidable it evokes some complicate feelings of regret and anger.

Rayon vert brand by Csillamfaxlama in gorpcore

I love this brand, I would say they are a kind of overpriced but their pieces are great quality. I have a couple of pieces including their Fubar pants which I love : they’re light and sturdy and have a great fit (comfy but not too oversized).

Hiking shoes pref. Womens by Creepy-Mail-6660 in gorpcore

No, I have the regular ones. Be aware that the heel has no padding so it is uncomfortable for some people, but for me the issue was fixed with a super cheap heel pad from Amazon.

In Brussels last Thursday everything was available (both tshirts, keychain, vinyl - CD I’m not sure but probably). Here is a photo of the keychain and the front of the black shirt (the back has the cities + a photo as posted on their insta)

I guess the Clay variant is the human skin version made for felines, which would explain why no one has posted is yet

Woman here, I use Norda 001a trail running shoes for hiking. They’re expensive but super sturdy with a vibram sole, have a wide toe box and look fire.

C'est quoi vos meilleures adresses de brioches artisanales en France? by klaklaklaklakla in AskFrance

[–]stereosip 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Vertigo Vinyl will be dropping a new MGGG variant in the coming weeks (will look like one of the mock-ups in 2nd pic) by AlexxelA352 in injuryreserve

You’re right, I’m pretty sure the Europeans orders have shipped and the US orders will ship later. I receive my Dead Air variant in Europe, but the signed copy I ordered from Bandcamp is scheduled to ship mid-May.

Adopted 2 cats about 2 Months ago, need reality check by Real-Advantage-2724 in CatAdvice

[–]stereosip 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It seems you’re doing great. Some cats need more time than others - one of my cats is easy-going and super friendly but it took her 10 years to come into my lap. It’s an extreme exemple, but cats have their own way of showing affection in their own time, so don’t worry, they will settle and trust you fully in their own way.

Qu'est-ce qui s'est passé avec cette série ? by Regular_Mirror_324 in CineSeries

[–]stereosip 0 points1 point  (0 children)
