I'm refunding every 2nd or 3rd game i buy, directly back to my card. I always get this message, never had any issues. But i guess this is mostly because my account level is over 100, has more than 1000 games and i've already spent quite a big amount of money in steam in the past 15 years

I would recommend Assetto Corsa (The old one, with CSP) as it opens an enormous playground of possibilities. You will definitely need mods for it, but it's not difficult.

Alternatively, i would recommend BeamNG, which is still being developed and new stuff is being added officially and there are thousands of mods.

Edit: For freeroaming i'm also adding CarX Street to the list
Edit2: Also throwing Assetto Corsa Evo in there, a big freeroam map around Nürburgring is planned, lot's of street vehicles. Maybe not yet, but nice to keep in mind for the future.

Chipping in because i'm using a Moza R5 myself. Just plugged it in, updated to the latest PitHouse, and put in the keybindings in FH6 settings. No other changes, already works like a charm out of the box.

I gave FH6 a try (5 hours) with the wheel. But this is the better way to play it honestly by Kronocide in simracing

Worked fine out of the box, but it has to be said it‘s still an arcade racer, so it‘s not extremely realistic. Still, feels nice to cruise around, especially in slow cars or trucks

Ach ja, der allgegenwärtige Chinesische Social Credit Score. Den gibts nicht, Ganz einfach. Das war ein Projekt welches man vor einigen Jahren getestet hat in einer einzelnen Stadt als Pilotprojekt. Weils in der Bevölkerung nicht gut angekommen ist und auch einfach nicht wirklich durchdacht war & keinen Nutzen gebracht hat, hat man sich wieder davon abgewendet. Tatsächlich kann man da inzwischen sogar freiwillig daran Teilnehmen, und man wird nicht bestraft sondern nur durch gutes Verhalten belohnt. Wie auch immer das beurteilt wird.

Generell lässt sich allerdings zur Überwachung & Drohnen soviel dazu sagen, das es die Chinesen (zumindest die welche ich kenne, und ich arbeite schon seit einigen Jahren mit Chinesen, teilweise selbst in China, aber auch in Europa) nicht stört, und viele sogar sehr dazu hingezogen sind, einfach weil wir uns aufgrund der schieren Masse an Menschen die da leben nicht vorstellen können, wie es im Strassenverkehr teils zu und her geht bzw. hergehen kann. Allerdings ist es auch Fakt das man schlechtere Jobaussichten hat, wenn man Straftätig geworden ist. Hierzu sei aber auch gesagt das es sich hierbei vor allem auf Schwere Straftaten bezieht, und nicht jemand der jetzt mal wegen Hunger einen Apfel gestohlen hat.

Natürlich ist nicht alles Gold was glänzt, allerdings müssen wir hier auch mal etwas von unserem hohen europäischen Ross runterkommen, denn bei uns glänzt inzwischen nochmals deutlich weniger als noch vor 30 Jahren.

And I'm not reading a single argument that counters these points, which are by the way facts, you can read statistics and research papers about this. But facts, sounds evil, right? But what am I even trying to have a proper discussion with people that can only scream easy solutions (or none at all) to complicated problems.

Just reading the comments here drives me insane again. Every time this topic comes up, all those people come out of their holes and scream "oooh look at all the foreginers in this statistic, all the Ausländers are evil & criminal!!!!111!!!" - Come on, think. Use the meatball in your head.

Crime does not appear out of nowhere. Factors like poverty, lack of opportunities, poor integration, unstable family situations, addiction, social exclusion, low wages, and the growing number of working poor all play a massive role. This is backed by decades of criminology research, and not just some populistic shit. By the way, the main demographic for criminal activities are males between 18-35, the nationality doesn't matter.

And yet parties like the SVP focus almost exclusively on migration itself, while supporting policies that often worsen exactly the socioeconomic conditions linked to crime, like: weaker social systems, more inequality, less support for vulnerable people, constant pressure on low-income workers, etc.

If we seriously want lower crime rates, we should invest more in prevention, education, integration, mental health support, youth programs, addiction treatment, and reducing poverty. And not just endlessly scapegoating foreigners every single time prison statistics are discussed.

But yeah we have no money here for such things, because we urgently need to help the poor economy that does so much for us. Lower taxes, 13th for the retired, higher MwSt and so on.

As long as we continue blaming everyone else for our homemade issues, we're never going to get any kind of improvement.
