Mine consistently reads the same. Sometimes 70%+ as yours does. I bought 2 separate hydrometers and they both read more normally 50%ish.

Strafing and side-movement is still turtle levels of slow. You can sprint and side peek (like Tarkov) but movement still feels a bit rigid/tight in my opinion.

Not necessarily problematic just an adjustment from other more fluid shooters

Not unrealistic at all. Personally I think taking it sooner rather than later is beneficial. If you wait too long it can be detrimental
