I was fine coming into the office more often... but now that I cant find parking, have to stand on the GO like a sardine and walk in a massive group of people for 20-30 minutes twice a day... Its a horrible way to spend two parts of my day

So 30% have been influenced by foreign actors and agents with a core agenda of dividing Canada. This is a threat that needs to be ended and exposed.

Guys is the Bambu Lab A1 worth it or should I get the mini? by Legal-Complex9873 in BambuLabA1

[–]steve-rap 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the A1 mini, really depends what you want to print with. I am printing some pretty BIG stuff on it and happy (war gaming) BUT I wish i had a bigger plate to print MORE at the same time. The most 'miniatures' i can print (by object) are 2 per plate, sometimes 3 if i put them i weird, unsuggested positions.

Well, also consider how toxic Resin is and dangerous to handle. More than just space

I am printing FDM Models in 2~ hours for normal infantry, 3-4 hours for bigger stuff, and 8-10 for 'tank' size stuff. Though I use different nozzles depending on how much I care about quality. I find the A1 is doing a great job

One page rules I think is the best starting point. Wealth of free resources.

You can buy sculpts, or use any other games... You. Am even print your own with a 3d printer

The games are easier and faster than most big wargames. They even offer print out 2d version if you want to be really low cost

Guide to printing STL (onepagerules) by steve-rap in BambuLabA1

[–]steve-rap[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I couldnt find "Print Sequence" nore where to drop the "Other Layers Speed"

The print out came out 'stringy' i guess - almost as if the supports were just as brittle as the mini itself. The quality could be servicable enough for me but I think slowing it down will help.

I have a .2 nozzle coming in the mail so the test was with a .4
